Hey,

So I cant remember exactly what started my picking, i know it was around about the time my family moved house. I had to start a new school and make new friends.

I was about 11, it started with just eyelashes, then also eyebrows and the occasional arm hair or head.

I felt i was alone for years, i was a freak, why did i do this? ?

it was only very recently when i saw Samantha Friars of The Only Way is Essex talk about it that i looked into it more and realised i wasnt alone.

its still hard to talk about and get help for. I am quite ashamed of it still.
