I have a clinical diagnosis of Loeys-Dietz Syndrome as there has been no gene match up for me yet. I also really do not have any family to help search for a gene as those who probably were affected by it are no longer alive and I did not have any kids in life. So I do not push other family members kids in accepting to be tested.
