My son has Panhypopituitarism and Severe Haemophilia. He has a large deletion on his X Chromosome that incorporates the factor lX gene and SOX3 gene. The missing factor lX gene gives him severe Haemophilia B and the SOX3 is responsible for the pituitary problems.
